1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WashQuoter ("the Service"), operated by WashQuoter ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WashQuoter is a web-based quoting tool designed for pressure washing businesses. The Service allows users to create professional estimates by entering job details, selecting surfaces and services, and generating itemized quotes that can be printed, downloaded as PDF, or emailed to customers.

3. Account Registration

Some features of the Service require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

WashQuoter offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: Up to 5 quotes per month with WashQuoter branding on generated quotes.
• Pro Plan ($9/month): Unlimited quotes, custom branding, PDF downloads, and saved customer history.
• Annual Plan ($90/year): All Pro features at a discounted rate (2 months free).

5. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful content
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by WashQuoter and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the Service, including customer details, quote data, and business information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WashQuoter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
